Brandy Hendrix, M.Ed, CVPM Brandy Hendrix is a dedicated veterinary professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. She began her career as a veterinary assistant and has since worked in nearly every role within a veterinary practice – except veterinarian gaining invaluable hands-on experience in clinic operations and management. Brandy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Oklahoma State University and a Master’s degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University. Brandy Hendrix is a dedicated veterinary professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. She began her career as a veterinary assistant and has since worked in nearly every role within a veterinary practice—except veterinarian—gaining invaluable hands-on experience in clinic operations and management.

Brandy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Oklahoma State University and a Master’s degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University. Her passion for leadership and practice efficiency led her to earn the Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) designation in 2025, solidifying her expertise in veterinary business management.

Married to a veterinarian for 26 years, Brandy has a unique perspective on both the medical and business sides of veterinary practice. With a deep understanding of clinical operations, team management, and business strategy, she is committed to helping veterinary teams thrive by improving workflows, enhancing client experiences, and fostering strong practice cultures.
